Tracy Dock-Masanz is an accounting specialist, AR Industrial, based out of our Spring Lake Park, Minn. office. Masanz joined our team nearly five years ago after working more than 30 years for an over-the-road trucking company. “I was at the trucking company from the first day to the last day. Working there enabled me to wear many different hats, which helps me in my current position with Rise,” she said.

Joining our team has been a welcomed change for Dock-Masanz. She enjoys supporting the accounting team here and says working with all people at Rise, both people we serve and team members is a treat. “Rise is a community of service and I truly believe that is so important,” she said. “Rise is also full of people who are kind and compassionate.”

Dock-Masanz’s colleagues say her own compassion is also noticed and valued. “Being new, I had many questions, and when my trainer was not available, Tracy would go over and above to answer my questions. She even spent her time off work helping me and answering my questions,” said a coworker.

While she is nearing the end of her working career, Dock-Masanz says she finds great satisfaction in her current role. “I enjoy the duties I am assigned, and I never tire of learning new things,” she said.
“Tracy has been extremely generous with her time to assist me, and I am very grateful,” says a teammate. “She inspires me to want to serve like that as well.”

She fills her free time with reading, gardening, and volunteering at her church and says she is most proud of her children.
