Volunteer
Service is at the heart of everything we do at Rise
Volunteers play a vital role in helping us advance our mission and enhance the lives of the people we support.
Volunteers bring their time, skills, and compassion to a wide range of activities, from ongoing support roles to one-time projects that help brighten our spaces and strengthen our programs.

Teach Us
Something New
We welcome experts in a field to visit our sites and help us learn something new.
This could include sharing a hobby, assisting with a mock interview, coaching in financial literacy, and more!
Bring Friends
or Coworkers
Corporate and group volunteers are welcome to assist with projects such as building beautification, assisting with large art pieces for our Art Speaks program, and gathering supplies to assemble kits for the people we serve.
Join Us out in the Community for Events
We are always looking for people to assist at our special events throughout the year, including our Summer Celebration Picnic, Gala, and more!
Duties typically include serving food, dismissing tables, leading activities, etc.
Spend Time at One
of Our Sites
We invite volunteers to visit one of our Life Enrichment locations to play games, assist with or lead activities, participate in holiday parties, etc.
No matter your interests or skills, there are many ways to get involved, from hands-on support to behind-the-scenes help. We’ll work with you to create a volunteer experience that feels meaningful and rewarding.
We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals, groups, one-time events, and ongoing commitments.
Individual opportunities include assisting with mock interviews, serving as an Art Speaks assistant, leading activities, or coaching financial literacy. Group opportunities often involve beautification projects such as gardening or painting rooms, or working together on large art projects. If you’re looking for a one-time opportunity with a smaller time commitment, you could help as a server at one of our events or activities. We also offer off-site opportunities, such as supporting special events or gathering supplies to assemble kits for the people we serve.
