What is Housing Services?
Rise offers a variety of housing services designed to support individuals and families in securing and maintaining stable, long-term housing. These services focus on those with serious mental illness or other conditions, providing personalized support to promote independent living. Through case management, financial assistance, and housing-focused planning, Rise assists in long-term stability and greater access to safe, sustainable housing.

Learn how to apply for housing, communicate with landlords, and advocate for yourself.

Develop skills including self-sufficiency planning and house skills.

Build a foundation off of stable housing and grow towards maintaining housing without support.
