What is a Supported Employment Site?

Rise partners with a wide range of companies, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations through the Twin Cities, Greater Minnesota, and western Wisconsin. We perform contracted work at their location. We also help identify job-ready candidates for possible hire.

We have people who have the skills and abilities to work in many fields, including:

  • Packaging, kitting, and assembly
  • Clerical
  • Data entry / document imaging
  • Manufacturing
  • Light Janitorial / cleaning services

What it looks like…

Rise offers a number of employment services for people with disabilities, mental health issues, brain injuries, and other life challenges. One of the key ways we support their individual career goals, skills, and interests is by partnering with local businesses to provide supported job environments.

We are committed to building mutually beneficial working partnerships with businesses. It's a win/win situation. Your business gets a dependable, cost-effective workforce while making a difference by providing jobs for people who are often overlooked.

Please contact us if you would like a free, no-obligation estimate. If you want to speak with any of our current customers and/or tour a community business in which we have people working, we can make those connections.
