Adult Career Pathways – Restaurant Ready
Restaurant Ready supports adults with disabilities as they build skills for jobs in restaurants, food service, and hospitality. Through hands-on training, individualized support, and connections to employers, participants can prepare for work and take steps toward competitive employment.
People We Serve
This program is designed for people who may benefit from person-centered support as they build workplace skills, confidence, and experience. Services are offered in the Twin Cities metro, with a primary focus on the northern, northwestern, and eastern metro.
Program Activities & Support
Participants begin with work-readiness preparation before moving into the Restaurant Ready certificate program, where they build skills in communication, customer service, and industry fundamentals through hands-on training.
Along the way, they receive individualized support from Rise team members, including:
- Career planning
- Job search assistance
- Employer connections
