Eric Mannah has provided Rise mental health and job supports for more than 15 years. He is currently based in Hennepin County where he is a direct support professional for our community-based training and employment (CBTE) programs.

People Mannah supports gain valuable skills that help them set new career goals, find jobs and build careers in independent employment.

“I enjoy working with the people we serve” he says.

His vast experience has made Mannah an asset to our Hennepin County team. His coworkers say he respectful of the people he supports, which helps him stand out as a leader. Last year, Mannah took on a new worksite and while the change was challenging, he leaned into his experience and embraced the task.

“He’s taken on some difficult work situations and behaviors, but has been able to find great solutions to ensure tasks are being completed,” his team members say. “Eric is a great person and I’m very grateful to be working with him.”
