Amanda Lorenz is passionate about her work and about people, including those she spends time with each day at Rise in New Richmond, Wisc. Lorenz’s job involves packaging, labeling, and “all kinds” of other tasks which include a bird feeder assembly project she enjoys.

Lorenz was among the first wave of workers to return to New Richmond in June 2020 after the pandemic-related location closures. She was happy to return and has a new appreciation for her coworkers and team members. She really enjoys her staff and supervisors.

Amanda says she’s a happy person, especially when she is doing work she is proud of. “It makes me happy to do the job right, not the wrong way,” she said.
