April 2023 Champion of the Month, Jackie Gadach, joined Rise in August of 2021, after working in a medical factory. Before that, she was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for nearly 20 years. Joining our team at Rise was more than a career shift for Gadach; it was a return to her personal mission to spend her workdays helping others. “I knew in my heart I wanted to get back into this kind of work,” she shares. “I wanted to have a job where I helped people.”

As a DSP in production, Gadach spends her working hours supervising a team of people we support who work on the production floor at our New Richmond facility. “Every day is an adventure,” Gadach says. “There’s never a dull moment”

For Gadach’s team, her dedication makes a big difference. Her colleagues in New Richmond say that she has a habit of going out of her way to help others. “Jackie is a positive light on the work floor,” a colleague shares, “she has great connections with the people we serve and Team Members alike. We all look forward to seeing her every day.”

Gadach takes pride in the way her work helps others each day, supporting individuals towards meeting their own work goals. The best part, she says, is “the fact that I can put a smile on each person’s face.”

Outside of work, you can most often find Gadach spending time with family, whether it’s riding a Harley with her partner, Lucas; spending time with their two young sons, ages eight and four; or taking care of their many beloved animals. “I have lots of goats and chickens, and we are about to raise pigs” she shares. “I love the outdoors.”
