People We Serve
This program assists individuals in attaining competitive supported employment plans that create employment outcomes consistent with a person’s skills and interests.
Individuals aged 18 or older with documented Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) who are unemployed or underemployed due to their diagnosis. Individuals in this program must live in Anoka County, be receiving services from Lee Carlson Center’s Bridgview, and be referred to Rise by that program.
