Jennifer Borgstadt is a customer service expert and the first face customers see when entering Cabela’s in Woodbury, Minn. She greets each one with a smile and a friendly “hello,” four days each week. Her skills and work ethic were recently recognized when she received a special star party earlier this year, given to associates who receive outstanding online customer reviews.

Jenny began working with Rise in 2020. She joined the Cabela’s team in 2021. She has also successfully signed up customers for the Cabela’s Club, a store credit card, enrolling 46 people in 2021. Cabela’s staff say she is a team player who is always willing to volunteer her time helping in other areas of the store when needed.
