Individual Placement and Support: Family Life Mental Health Center
People We Serve
This program assists individuals in attaining competitive supported employment outcomes consistent with evidence-based practices and supported employment services.
It is for people aged 18 or older with documented Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) who are unemployed or underemployed due to their diagnosis. Individuals in this program must live in Anoka County, be receiving services from People, Incorporated’s Family Life Mental Health Center, and be referred to Rise by that program.
