East Central Transitional Services
People We Serve
This program provides individualized transition and career planning for students looking to transition into supported employment.
We support youth ages 16-22 with severe emotional disabilities and/or developmental disabilities who are students of SCRED, Chisago County, North Branch, Rush City, and surrounding school districts. Their participation must be approved by their parent or legal guardian, and they must be independent with medication.
