Spring! to support Rise | Online fundraising campaign | May 17 – 31

Will you host an online fundraiser to support Rise? We’re calling this campaign Spring! to support Rise.  To reach NEW supporters, we’re asking our most dedicated followers to host a fundraiser on our behalf using Facebook’s ‘Create Fundraiser’ feature or by using GiveMN.

People can reach their friends and family on a more personal level by sharing why Rise and our programs and services throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin are important to them.

Tips:

• Start your page on or before May 17 and set the end-date as May 31 so there’s a full two weeks of giving.
• Tell a story – let people know in your page description and in your updates WHY you’re fundraising. What is your connection to Rise and to disability services?
• The most important thing: regularly SHARE your fundraiser page far and wide so people are reminded of your efforts and are compelled to give when they are ready.
