Rise is a disability services nonprofit organization throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We are an industry leader, recently celebrating our 50th anniversary, and offer the people we serve the greatest possible level of community integration and a wide range of programming choices so that they may meet their goals.
These programs are intended to assist the people we serve in finding employment opportunities that fit their career objectives and skills. We also have life enrichment, mental health, and housing support programs.
