Meet Clint Cordero

Champion of the Month for October 2024, Clint Cordero, joined our Team at Rise three years ago. He brings experience as a business owner and hiring manager to his work as an employment consultant. It’s through this previous work that Clint found the value of learning the ins and outs of every job in a business to best be able to place candidates. He saw a listing for an employment consultant role at Rise and knew his experience could be put to good use.

Clint is an exceptional employment consultant who recognizes the value of his work. He shares, “Getting someone a job is a great feeling. Helping them overcome obstacles and watching them grow makes me feel like I’m doing something constructive.”

Clint’s Impact

Clint’s team recognizes his vast experience, which adds to his excellence in his role. “Clint is always available when we call for advice.” Clint has a talent for adjusting to the challenges of his day-to-day work. “I have seen how the original trajectory of his day can change at a moment’s notice, and he successfully adapts to address the highest priority need,” a colleague shares.

When asked what he’s most proud of, Clint shares, “I’m proud every time I see someone holding a job down, learning new skills, or just trying their best!”

Clint Outside of Rise

In his free time, Clint enjoys traveling and camping. He has also picked up building arcade machines as a hobby. He adds, “However, the most important thing to me is my family so spending time with my wife and kiddo is the best part of every day!”
