Meet Tracy Dock-Masanz

August 2024 Champion of the Month and accounting specialist Tracy Dock-Masanz has been with Rise for more than seven years. Tracy came to Rise looking for part-time work in billing. What she found was a new career and, in her own words, a place with “a deep appreciation of its employees.”

Tracy wears many hats while supporting our administrative and accounting departments. She was previously an office manager and worked in accounting for two different trucking companies and a St. Cloud newspaper before joining us. Tracy’s favorite part of her role is that “there are many facets in accounting and no shortage of things to do. I like to keep busy!” Tracy is proud to have a career where she can put her work ethic and willingness to learn new things to use.

Tracy’s Impact

Her colleagues boast about Tracy’s ability to “put in more than 100% on any work she performs.” This includes taking on extra responsibilities with Accounts Payable recently when a colleague was on medical leave. Even with added workload, coworkers take notice of how Tracy consistently treats everyone in a kind, respectful, and professional matter.

Tracy Outside of Rise

In her free time, Tracy enjoys gardening, reading, and taking care of her 14-year-old cava-poo dog Mia. She is planning to take a trip to go fishing and have some rest and relaxation out at a lake resort in her travel trailer.
