Paul Herfindahl is an activity specialist with Rise’s Adult Day Program at the Northtown YMCA in Coon Rapids. Word from the team at the Y is that Paul is an overall outstanding co-worker. Nominators say that Paul, who started at Rise in 1994, is dedicated to those whom he supports.
Rise co-workers who nominated Amanda say she always goes above and beyond her job as an employment consultant with Rise Lindstrom. Amanda, who joined Rise in January 2017, is noted for keeping communication positive, going the distance for the people we serve, and gladly assisting her team mates.
Juleen Lee, a DSP sub/float at Rise Coon Rapids, was nominated by several Rise co-workers who consistently noted that Juleen is hard-working, has a positive attitude, and can handle any and all work responsibilities as she covers for other Rise DSPs at DTH community work sites. Sarah Gustafson (who was subsequently selected as Rise’s 2018 Champion of the Year) started at Rise in December 2016 as an employment consultant.
